John Fildes, Ph.D. leads a materials concentrations that includes some of the leading experts in materials. This group has deep experience in all metals, composites, ceramics, and coatings. This group is unique in its testing capabilities that include all traditional methods and the world's most comprehensive array of friction and wear (i.e. tribology) test equipment. Services include accident investigation, failure analysis, problem solving, consulting, R&D, and all matters of intellectual property.
